Gertie may have had a difficult past, but she is proving that it is never too late for a beautiful new beginning.
This sweet senior is now fully up to date on her veterinary care and doing wonderfully in her foster home in Philadelphia. She settles easily into home life, knows basic commands, and is happiest simply being near her people.
