Bubba

Meet Bubba, our handsome 2-year-old boxer boy 🐶🤎 who’s had a whole lot of change in a very short time. He was an owner surrender to CH Boxer Rescue after spending most of his young life outdoors with not much to do. He’d wander out of the yard looking for fun and attention—because that’s what bored boxers do—and animal control was called a few times. Rather than risk him ending up in the shelter, he was safely surrendered to us.

Right now, Bubba is feeling a little overwhelmed. His world flipped upside down, and he’s still figuring everything out 😔. He’s shy, shut down, not eating much yet, and his wiggles are hiding… but we know they’re in there. With patience, routine, and kindness, we’re going to help this sweet guy understand that life is only getting better from here 💛.

Bubba has done well historically with female dogs and pups his own size 🐾. We haven’t tested him with small dogs yet and will only place him with a female dog. No cats for this boy 🚫🐱. He was recently neutered and is fully up to date on vaccines.
