Bud was being given away for free on Craigslist, unneutered and vulnerable to falling into the wrong hands. Thankfully, we were able to step in just in time, because giving a dog away for free online is never a good situation.
HIs owner was giving him away because his work demands changed and he no longer had the time to care for Bud. We should mention that Bud is an absolutely amazing dog, really really! He’s funny, affectionate, and full of personality. He knows his basic commands, is cat friendly, and loves kids. Bud would do best with a calm female dog companion or as the only dog in the home where he can soak up all the attention himself.
Like many big Boxers, Bud has no idea how large he is and could use some work on leash manners, but his eagerness to be with his people makes him a wonderful candidate for continued training. More than anything, Bud wants to be part of a family, going on walks, hanging out with his humans, and finally getting the attention he deserves. He is fully up to date on all vet care and has been neutered. His foster Mom can share with you what a FANTASTIC dog he is!
