Meet Lainey — Your New Ride-or-Die
Lainey is a mystery girl. She appeared on a street corner and stayed there for two days… waiting. Scared. Confused. Clearly once someone’s dog, suddenly on her own.
When we pulled up, she didn’t hesitate — she ran straight to the car and hopped into the front seat like, “Okay, let’s go.” And just like that, she became the ultimate co-pilot.
The first night in foster, Lainey was gentle but unsure. Once she realized she was safe, this sweet brindle beauty fell into the deepest sleep — didn’t even wake up for dinner or the other dogs playing around her. She finally exhaled.

She does not like being alone — and after being abandoned, we can understand why. We’re committed to making sure she never feels that way again. Lainey is the kind of dog who wants to be your shadow, your sidekick, your constant companion.
She’ll be heading to the vet for a full workup (we estimate she’s around 5 years old), and we’ll share updates soon. But one thing we already know? She is going to be someone’s very best friend.
