Piper was surrendered by her owner when they moved out of state and were unable to take her with them. A kind animal control officer contacted CHBR to see if we could help this sweet girl! She loves men, women, kids, and all dogs! What a perfect gal! She would be great as an only dog with all eyes on her, or with a low key male. She loves to snuggle more than anything!
